We are organising
the PREP 2005 Post Graduate Conference.
PREP 2005 is a student-centred conference
focused on the training and
development needs of postgraduate students in the electronics, photonics,
communications and computing science communities.
The aims of PREP 2005 are
to provide
- a forum for students and
young researchers to present technical work to their peers,
- to offer a showcase for
the high quality work being carried out in UK universities,
- an opportunity for
technical discussion and networking
- to demonstrate
university research to industry.
No other conferences within
the UK offer the postgraduate community the same scope. In addition to an
exciting technical programme, participants have the opportunity to meet
personnel from key industrial sectors, to explore job opportunities, and
to participate in a full schedule of entertainments. There are 250 free
places for post graduate students.
