We coordinate SETNET, the Semiconductor Test Network. This is a network of approximately 150 members from all over the world who are involved in fields relating to semiconductor test.

The International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors predicts many problems in the area of Test over the coming years: by 2014, it may cost more to test a transistor than to manufacture it. Design and Test Engineers need to work closer together in the future to face tomorrows challenges.

SETNET has been established to raise the profile of semiconductor test, to encourage collaboration between industry and academia and to provide some of the necessary tools in terms of products and services for members. These include:
