tCORE provides services to the electronics industry in the fields of test, technology, coordination and research. Our expertise is electronics for harsh environments, testing of semiconductors and passive components, packaging and interconnection, new electronics materials including novel lead free solders, reliability and failure analysis, and troubleshooting manufacturing processes. The tCORE team includes in-house experts plus a network of consultants that allows us to provide our customers with a one-stop shop for a wide variety of projects. We are involved in a number of internal and multinational collaborative research programmes developing new electronic technologies and materials. We also co-ordinate the Networks of Excellence EEENET (Electronics for Extreme Environments Network) and SETNET (Semiconductor Test Network).
